John the Baptist baptized with water for repentance in the Jordon River (Matthew 3:11). Water was also used for the cleansing of sins.

Genesis 2:9

The tree of life was by a river in the midst of the Garden of Eden, but now the tree of life is in the middle of the life-giving water.
The tree is in the middle of the street and also on either side of the river.
The tree of life has 12 manners of fruit. Manners and fruit = the 12 fruits of the Holy Spirit.
4 Ezra 8:52
[52] For unto you is paradise opened, the tree of life is planted, the time to come is prepared, plenteousness is made ready, a city is builded, and rest is allowed, yea, perfect goodness and wisdom.

“yielded her fruit every month” is symbolic of a woman’s menstrual cycle,
Eve and her descendents were made to bear children after she disobeyed God and ate from the forbidden tree:

greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth
children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

The tree is personified as a woman’s menstrual cycle (her fruit every month).
People are the fruit in God’s Kingdom. Souls are born of woman and man and that is the only way to bring new life (souls) into the world.

People do need to eat green, leafy vegetables to stay physically healthy, so also we need to eat the food of life to stay spiritually healthy. The Bible enables us to gain wisdom from the pages of scripture. It is a comfort to learn about God and his expectations for us and to grow close to Him through the study of His word.
Matthew 24:30-32
[30] And then shall appear the
sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth
mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with
power and great glory.
[31] And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a
trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one
end of heaven to the other.
[32] Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
Mark 13:24-28
[24] But in those days, after
that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her
light,
[25] And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in
heaven shall be shaken.
[26] And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with
great power and glory.
[27] And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together
his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the
uttermost part of heaven.
[28] Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near:
The leaves in the parables above could be referring to the work of the two witnesses. Jesus was prophesying about His second coming in the above verses.

“see his face” could be in reference to witnessing his second coming.
“his name shall be in their foreheads” versus the mark of the beast “666,” perhaps we shall have the 10 Commandments and/or be His priestly people.

there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God
giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
“no night there” means there will be no darkness there. We will not need artificial lights for Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), full spectrum lamps, sunlamps, because God will be our light.

Faithful and true repeats (see Rev. 19:11, 21:5).
He sent his angel as messenger to His servants to show them what must soon be done; it is God’s will and not our own.
