The “mark of the beast” known for its number “666” is revealed in verse 18 of this chapter. The King James Version (written in the year 1611) is used here and through the end of the Revelation).

Verse 11 in this chapter has a beast out of the earth and this verse has a beast out of the sea, or the abyss (bottomless pit, hell).

These two beasts, one from the sea and one from the earth are the same angel from Revelation 10:5 – the angel standing on the sea and the land who swore there would be no more waiting to divorce and start the book work for God. These two beasts have the ten horns and the seven heads – the same as the woman from Revelation 17:3 who is a symbol of modern day Babylon.
These two beasts both have the mark of the beast, but are not the beast itself. The beast is revealed in verse 18 of this chapter.
There are two evil main characters in Revelation. It is better that two are offended than much of the people of the world, although I am sure there are a lot more people like us out there.
Horn is a symbol of power (see chapter 17); seven heads are the seven angels of the seven churches.

“Like unto a leopard” means this beast looked like a leopard because it had Guttate Psoriasis. Near Halloween October 2003, after I cried for “more, more, more (for coke), I broke out in Guttate psoriasis all over my body – I was treated by Dr. Fathi in Munster.

“his feet were as the feet of a bear”, means I had the feet of my father, who laid the foundation for our family. My father’s name was Arthur and it means “bear”. My ankles even click like his did.

“his mouth as the mouth of a lion ” = Bob, the Lion, taught me how to fight and I yelled a lot because I had become a product of my environment.
While constructing this Interpretation, the Lord gave me this clue from the package of a Corona Light box I had in my apartment at the time:
The dragon from Chapter 12 who is Bob and he is acting as an angel of Satan.
“Gave its own power along with great authority,” means Bob (the dragon) allowed Debra (the beast) to work outside the home and build credit. I worked for a finance company for over 13 years and I ran the household finances.

KJV: And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
Art was the only one of the seven angels that saw combat. He served in the 25th Infantry Division. During the Vietnam war, he was stationed in CuChi, 25 kilometers northwest of Saigon, which is the capital of Vietnam. Art saw people die by the sword. Not only that but Art had a near-death experience and did live! He is also, the patriarch of the family (see verse 12 in this chapter). I am not 100% sure about “his deadly wound” since God may be speaking of a wounded soul instead of the flesh.
The world is still wondering after the credit beast (see verse 18).

Bob, the dragon, and Debra, the beast were in the first 42 months of the tribulation period, from Father’s Day June 17, 2000 until December 17, 2003 did abuse credit more then ever when after we bought the house and the new car and the pool and all the furnishings. Bob admitted to being an atheist at the end of the marriage. I did believe in the Lord, but was not going to church, or reading the Bible or praying much. I was listening to vile rock music that boasted about being on a highway to hell and runnin’ with the devil.

Since Bob and I were married, two become one flesh. Bob was an atheist towards the end of the marriage and announced it whenever I started talking about God or Jesus. I guess this verse may be stating that I am responsible for Bob’s speaking against God since he was my husband. Also, I’m sure I swore and took the Lord’s name in vain.

By remaining married to Bob, the credit beast grew and I was not yet working for God to reveal the mark of the beast. Therefore, the credit card beast had power all over the world (see verse 18).

Same beast as in verse 1 but this beast is more like a lamb (see verse one of this chapter).
“he had two horns like a lamb” means that the calf who is the Taurus (bull) was abused by her husband and was like a lamb.
“spake as a dragon.” means “spoke like the dragon (lion). See verse
2 above.

The first 42 months I am a beast that is more powerful, but during the second 42 months I am being abused again but during this time I am still using and abusing credit and since the mark of the beast is not revealed, most everyone around the world is using and abusing credit too. “give life unto the image the beast” - If you are alive and you look into the credit card mirror, that could be the image of the beast with life.
“should both speak,” One person is speaking, two women – one good, one evil but still one person and she talked about credit and boasted about credit cards and knew how to use them.
An image of the credit card beast could be the small mirror (image) that contains the dove in flight on the card itself. The dove is symbolic of the Holy Spirit and now the Holy Spirit comes and says the credit card is the “mark of the beast” which would be blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.
“and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed” must mean that in countries that are not financially capable of this e-commerce are most certainly third world countries where people are poor and live in conditions prone to disease and death.

Credit cards, credit loans, ATM’s, debit cards - they’re everywhere. The stamp lies within the credit card itself. When you go to pay with the card, most of the time it is in the right hand. It is on your mind thus on your forehead when you are ordering over the phone or over the Internet. You have to key the numbers in with your right hand on a computer keyboard because the number pad is on the right thus your “right hand.” When the numbers are on your mind, they are in your forehead.

A credit card has the numbers and letters stamped into the plastic.
You cannot buy a house or a new car without credit, unless you are extremely wealthy and can pay cash – 90% of Americans are not wealthy enough to pay for houses and automobiles with cash.
If you want to buy something over the Internet, you have to use a credit card. If you want to cash a check at a major department store, you usually have to show them a credit card in order for them to accept the check. Debit or credit?

The weight of the gold that Solomon received yearly was 666 talents (NIV)
Solomon asked God for and received the gift of Wisdom. From the above Bible verse, we know the number 666 correlates to a weight of gold.
THE “beast” is something that causes ruin. Since the number “666,” is the symbolism, it must have something to do with numbers and gold – a “gold” card perhaps.

I found out by working at the finance company from a co-worker that did most of the accounting that a company called Electronic Data Systems or “EDS” processed all VISA transactions. This company is located in Texas and was owned by one man, Ross Perot. Ross Perot started EDS in 1962. Robert was born in 1962. The year of the coming of the “Antichrist”. This line of credit cards was sold to NBD/Bank One, which was recently bought by Chase Bank. The mark of the beast starts with credit but also includes the financial markets here and abroad.
Futurist Christian eschatology typically holds that the Mark of the Beast is one way in which the Antichrist will exercise power over the Earth during the period of Tribulation, because of the prophetic statement in Revelation 13:16-17 that "the Beast" (θηριον) will require all people to receive the mark (χάραγμα "branded mark or character) in their right hands or foreheads in order to buy or sell, making survival for those on the run much more difficult. It truly is a global economic system. Recently, I used my debit card to make a purchase over the phone and I went on-line after I hung up to look at my bank checking account and noticed the purchase had already registered with the bank and the transaction had a great amount of detail with it.
